"Mouthful." This could either be a stew with bite size pieces of veal or thin slices of veal stuffed with cheese, rolled, tied, dipped in egg and breadcrumbs and fried and served with fresh tomato sauce. It is more commonly the former. It also refers to small, bite size pieces of Mozzarella cheese and a type of pasta.
