A thick disc of cheese made with the milk of Jersey cows. It has a creamy paste and a white rind rolled in crushed black peppercorns. It is an organic cheese from Daisy & Co at Tree Tops Farm, an 80 acre Organic farm lying in a small valley overlooking the River Brue in Somerset.
