[Turkish]

A cooking sausage made from beef fillet and flavoured with paprika. It is usually grilled or steamed. Slices of beef are dried in the sun and spread with a paste of garlic, fenugreek seeds with their wonderful smoky flavour, paprika and salt and then cured. It is eaten by Turks, Armenians and russian with fried eggs for breakfast or, in Egypt, with ful.
