A small wheel of semihard blue cheese made with cow's milk, vaguely similar to Roquefort. It is an industrially produced cheese made with whole milk and contains 28% fat (total). The curds are uncooked and the cheese has a strong flavour. It may be found weighing 2.5 kg (5½ lb).
