A first class Tuscan extra virgin olive oil made from Frantoio, Leccino and Pendolino olives, with an aroma of mown grass and toasted nuts. The flavour is particularly unusual as it seems to change from bitter grassiness to rich nuts, chocolate and even coffee. There is plenty of pepper, softening to an increasing smoothness.
