Amana Orange tomato

A variety of indeterminate beefsteak heirloom tomato producing huge, attractive pale orange fruits, up to 900 g (2 lb) in weight, in mid season but averaging around 160 g (5½ oz) in the United Kingdom. They have a mild sweet flavour. This plant originated in the Amana Colonies in Iowa. It received the Royal Horticultural Society Award of Garden Merit in 2003.
