"In the style of Norma." A Sicilian sauce, named after Vicenzo Bellini's opera, of tomatoes and aubergines (US: eggplants) usually served with penne or spaghetti. Tomatoes and aubergines are intrinsic to this dish, but it may also contain basil and ricotta cheese.
