An extra virgin olive oil from Perugia in Umbria made in the hills of San Feliciano on Lake Trasimeno. It is made from Moraiolo, Frantoio and Raggiale (Raggiola?) olives as well as Leccino, and Agogia. It is green with golden reflectionsBoth the aroma and the taste are full of fresh olives,almonds, salad leaves and lemons, slightly peppery and with a sweet aftertaste. It is clearly fruity but delicate.
