"Egg liqueur." A Dutch egg yolk and brandy liqueur, sweet, yellow and thick, served with a small spoon. This is used, with fizzy lemonade, to make a snowball. Its name is a shortened form of 'Lawyer's drink' - advocaatenborrel.
