A fiery dish made with chopped onions, carrots, string beans, cauliflower, cucumber and red peppers, fried with a mixture of turmeric, shallots, garlic, candlenuts, ginger and hot red chillis. Water with vinegar, sugar and mustard are added. The dish contains no meat or fish.
