A variety of basil with reddish-purple leaves, narrow in shape, used in beef and fish dishes.
Kaffir lime leaf. An aromatic leaf which grows in two pairs of two on the stem. It is added whole to dishes.
Lemon basil. This has paler leaves than the common variety and is used in soups and salads.
Mint
Pandanus. A plant which has a long thin leaf which is used to flavour both sweet and savoury foods.

Broccoli
Ridged gourd or angled loofah. A type of gourd characterised by ten ridges which run its length.
