Watermelon. They are found with the usual ruby red flesh and also with golden yellow flesh. In Thailand they are in season from October to March.

Lemon grass

Ivy gourd. A small crunchy gourd reminiscent of a gherkin, green ripening to red, popular in the cuisines of India, Thailand, Indonesia and other South East Asian countries. The shoots and leaves can also be eaten.

Pandanus. A plant which has a long thin leaf which is used to flavour both sweet and savoury foods.
