A cake made in Skåne in southern Sweden for parties by dropping the dough onto a rotating plate over an open fire. The cake slowly rises into a cone. It is then decorated with white icing and flowers.

Bakt spinat ock ägge ring, also called spinat med ägg uppståndm is a dish of cooked spinach mixed with cream and egg whites. The mix is then laid in a mould with whole raw eggs dropped in on top. This in turn is covered with more of the spinach mix. The whole is cooked in a bain-maire and it is then usually served cut into slices to show the eggs.
