Betel nuts. They have come to be known as betel nuts, rather than areca nuts, because these red seeds are part of the betel chew.
Beef or beef steak. On the whole "beefsteak" indicates that it is likely to be an inferior cut or it would be specifically named.
Beef Lindstrom. An egg-shaped beef patty made from minced (US: ground) beef mixed with diced, pickled beetroot and capers, shallow fried and cooked rare. It is often served with fried onions.
