Fishwort. A green leafy plant with a slightly fishy smell used in China, Japan, Korea and South East Asia. The roots may also be used and the plant is also used for medicinal purposes.
Potato dumplings which may be raw or cooked. They are likely to be filled with cubed salt pork flavoured with allspice and are boiled in water and served with melted butter and lingonberry preserve. These are found especially in Småland and Öland.
