Bakt spinat ock ägge ring is a dish of cooked spinach mixed with cream and egg whites. The mix is then laid in a mould with whole raw eggs dropped in on top. This in turn is covered with more of the spinach mix. The whole is cooked in a bain-maire and it is then usually served cut into slices to show the eggs.
