A sauce or "gravy" so named from the time of the British occupation of the island or Menorca, the only one in the Balearics, which also resulted in there being sash windows and stuffed turkey.
Black grouse. Heath cock. It lives on moors, near trees and likes marshy ground with rushes, stands of trees and rocky, heather-covered hills.
Man on horseback. A type of pleasant edible mushroom of yellowish colour with which some cases of poisoning have been recorded.
