Orange polypore. A type of mushroom, ore or less orange coloured, and with the appearance of a densed coral on a reef. It grows on rotting wood.

Pancake, thin and similar to French crêpe. May or may not be stuffed and rolled.

Beefsteak mushroom. It may be sliced and fried like liver, or eaten raw with a salad, when it should be cut into thin strips, soaked in salted water, drained and then dressed with a vinaigrette.

Wood mushroom. A good edible mushroom.

Horse mushroom. Edible, and very delicious, but easily mistaken for other less palatable or even poisonous mushrooms.
