Soya sauce made enitrely of soya and brine, thin and dark brown in colour, and a by-product of fermented soya bean paste.

Fishwort. A green leafy plant with a slightly fishy smell used in China, Japan, Korea and South East Asia. The roots may also be used and the plant is also used for medicinal purposes.

Kimchi made with cubes of daikon radish. These are fermented sufficiently to soften them up a bit, unlike the ggakdugi kimchi.
