Grey triggerfish. A drab fishfound from initially found in the western Atlantic but now also in the Mediterranean. It must be skinned before cooking as the skin is very tough, but the fillets make exvellent eating.

Black conical morel mushroom.

Bergamot. A herb of the mint family with finely toothed, dark gree, lemon-scented leaves can be added to salads, tisanes and fruit cups.
