Man on horseback. A type of pleasant edible mushroom of yellowish colour with which some cases of poisoning have been recorded.
Sichuan pepper. A very hot and peppery Chinese spice.
Chanterelle mushroom, usually sautéed in butter with chopped onions.

Chicory, a bitter salad leaf.
Flounder or fluke
Horse mushroom. Edible, and very delicious, but easily mistaken for other less palatable or even poisonous mushrooms.
Pine bolete or brown birch mushroom.
Fennel seeds
Honey fungus. They should always be well cooked.
