"Gourmet wheat." Polished grains of durum wheat looking rather like pearl barley, marketed as La Blé Gourmet, and created in 1991 in Beauce in Eure-eet-Loire in conjunction with Masterfoods, also known as Mars.

Blenny. A small, slimy, scaleless, migratory fish about 10-15 cm (4-6 inches) long with mild, white flesh which can be cooked in the same way as whitebait or used in soups. It is covered with a mucous membrane and is found in the sea as well as in rivers.
