A "glogg" without wine. A sort of punch, made with fruit juices and spices. It might include grape and apple juice or berry juices with cloves, cinnamon and cardamom with the addition of almonds and raisins.
Water ice. Ice made from juice or purée of fruit and stirred as it freezes to provide a soft snow texture. Alternatively it made be a cold ice lolly on a stick.
