Liver

Liver sautéed, covered with stock and cooked until it is very soft. The stock is then thickened with cream and flour.

Puréed liver mixed with minced (US: ground) pork, rice and raisins, ending up looking rather like stuffing, and baked like a meat loaf.

liver pâté, usually made with calf's liver.

Liver casserole

Fried minced (US: ground) liver.

Minced (US: ground) veal.
