A name for the Greenback flounder. Distinguished by the swirling darker marks on its greenish back and its single pelvic fin, the greenback flounder is mainly imported to Australia from New Zealand. It is a sought after fish with good flavour and texture.
Cloudberry. A relation of the raspberry but with an amber colour and which grows wild in northern regions of Europe and North America. Cloudberries are seldom cultivated. They have a smoky flavour and are excellent for making jams (US: jellies) and preserves.
