A name for silver trevally, a white fish which is good to eat, caught around the southern coasts of Australia and Tasmania. The fillet has a noticeably red central muscle band. Confusingly, it is sometimes sold as silver bream.
An ancient vegetable which produces several slim roots which taste quite sweet and are similar to parsnip.

Sleight is a moist, fresh organic goat's milk cheese available plain or with rosemary, pepper or herbs and garlic from Somerset. Apparently Mary Holbrook originally started making cheese because she had two goats who gave her more milk than she could drink. The herd has now grown to 90.
