Italian dandelion. A bitter plant with leaves used in salads or which may be cooked. Names of chicories are frequently confused, but this is most likely to be the Italian dandelion.

The aspen milk cap is not an edible mushroom. (If gathering mushrooms you must be absolutely certain what you have before you eat them as many are very poisonous.)
