Pineapple juice is the juice of crushed pineapple. For me this always has extraordinary associations. As a 14 year old girl I was on holiday with my family in Spain, in a charming village called Tamariu. There the waiter was a man called Antonion Guix, never to be forgotten. He used to bring me the quantites of pinapple juice which I ordered, and one twilight on the beach, we swayed together to some music and he stuck his tongue in my ear. I found this very peculiar behaviour and decided not to do that again for a while!

The pine bolete is a wild edible mushroom, this variety is a mild tasting, chestnut capped cep mushroom which grows under pine trees and found in Autumn (US: fall). (If gathering mushrooms you must be absolutely certain what you have before you eat them as many are very poisonous.)
I was interested to learn that up to 20 species of pine produce edible pine nuts or seeds. In fact even more do, but the size of the seed renders it pointless to harvest them - and we have to leave something for the squirrels and birds! When I lived in Greece we used to shoot the pine cones out of the trees with an air gun to get the nuts.
Pinhead oats are the whole grain or groat of oats. They take a long time to cook and may be eaten as a sort of porridge, either sweetened or in savoury form. In the States they are called steel cut oats.
