بط بلدي(bat baladi)

Batt means duck and batt baladi means local duck. In Egypt this is usually the meat of muscovy drakes.

Beda

A soft white cheese made from buffalo or cow's milk, eaten fresh or aged for up to three months. It is very dense and has no rind.
