Patagonian toothfish. A fish with a taste similar to swordfish and tuna, fished in the Southern Atlantic and Southern Ocean.
Red huckleberry. A plant that was of great value to Native American people who at the rather acid, bright red berries fresh throughout the year. They could also be dried for use when travelling. These would be stewed and made into sauces or traditionally eaten with salmon spawn and oil for feasts in winter. The twigs of the plant were a component in the making of baskets, and the bark used as a cold remedy.
