A cake of grated potatoes and beaten egg mixed with flour which can be savoury or sweet.
Curd rolls, or fritters, fried in oil.
Lingonberry or cowberry. Red whortleberry. It is similar to a cranberry.

Prunes baked in milk.
June
Bog billbery. These berries look rather like blueberries but are not as nice.
