"Heavenly bacon." Far from bacon, this is a dessert made with egg yolks and caramelised sugar, a kind of up-market crème caramel. Even the bacon after which it is named isn't bacon but almost solid pork belly fat. This dessert is said to resemble this tocino as it cools and the sugar caramelises on top.
