Rojo del Aramo

A fresh or slightly ripened cheese called Afuega'l Pitu made with cow’s milk and shaped like a pumpkin or a bishop's mitre, rubbed with paprika. It has a fiery, piquant paste with a slightly granular texture a thin deep orange rind. It is made on farms in Asturia. This cheese is made with raw milk.
