A dish in which stuffed foods are the main ingredient. Mahshi is usually rolled in grapevine leaves or this might be peppers or cabbage. The one in the photograph was one in which a courgette (US: zucchini) was artfully stuffed from one end and served in a tomato based sauce. Better than it looks!
