"Coffee cheese." A disc of cheese from northern Sweden, about 20 cm (8") in diameter, originally made with reindeer milk but now more usually made with cow's milk. Small pieces of this are put into coffee instead of milk. It does not melt, but the pieces are eaten after the coffee has been drunk, and have a squeaky texture. Cheeses are also wrapped in foil, heted over embers and served as a dessert with blueberries.
