Croquette-like meatballs made from minced (US: ground) ham. They are then dipped in a mixture of Worcestershire sauce, onions, parsley, and nutmeg, then a thick béchamel sauce made with gelatine and finally breadcrumbs before frying. They are usually served with mustard as an appetiser or canapé.
