"Country breakfast." A bacon and potato omelette or open omelette with smoked meats, onions, potatoes and so on. It can also describe a breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon, cooked meats, fried potatoes and tomatoes and mixed vegetables. Generally served at lunch, even though it means country breakfast.
