Olive oil from the province of Córdoba, made from Picual, Picudo and Hojiblanca olives. It has a fresh lemony, grassy aroma with a hint of melon fragrance. The taste is pleasantly sweet with a little pepper to the aftertaste. This is a very versatile oil.
