A brick of semisoft cheese made with cow's milk, similar to Limburger and Romadur. It has a washed rind and is made in Bavaria. It is made with semi-skimmed milk and contains 38% fat (dry). It weighs 200g (7 oz). It is no relation of American Brick cheese.
