A cocktail consisting of 45 ml (1½ fl oz) Scotch whisky, 45 ml (1½ fl oz) clear honey, 45 ml (1½ fl oz) double cream (US: heavy cream). Mix well in a warm glass or ramekin. It is served chilled.
