"Garlic in the mule driver's style." Dressed with garlic, paprika, red peppers, potato and parsley, usually served with eggs, vegetables or, most frequently, with salt cod. Different variations of ajo arriero might contain tomatoes, chillis and paprika. Some add shellfish to the dish.
