A Gouda-like cow's milk cheese with a polished natural rind. Firm and fruity when young, it becomes almost flaky as it ages. Available with flavourings including celery and garlic, chives, cumin seeds, garlic, garlic and onion, mustard seed and seaweed.
"Wrapped cake." A cake flavoured with vanilla or lemon traditionally taken to the fields to be eaten during harvest.
