Margarine. In the 1860's Napoleon Italian Italy sponsored a contest to create a butter substitute and the winner was Hippolyte Mège-Mouries, a French chemist. He made the original margarine from beef and pork fat.
A cocktail made with tequila, triple sec and lemon juice. Traditionally a frozen cocktail glass is removed from the freezer, the rim rubbed with a lime and the glass then upturned and dunked onto a plate covered with salt so that the rim is coated.
