Spurdog - a type of small shark or dogfish, said to make the best eating of all the dogfish. Also known as rock salmon. It is useful for its medium oily white flesh and is generally versatile. It grows 2-3 metres in length.
Golden grey mullet. A fish from the grey mullet (US: striped mullet) family. It has gold spots on its head and at the front of the body.

Carabineros. A very large prawn with a deep red colour, even up to 20 cm (8 inches) long. Its flavour can be a little bland.
