There seem to be lots of recipes for La Cucaracha, most containing tequila. Here are some of them. Mix equal parts of tequila, cointreau or any other triple sec and Kalhua. Mix and set light to it. Best drunk in one. Mix 2 oz coffee liqueur, 1/2 oz lime juice and 1 oz tequila. Shake with ice and then strain into a cocktail glass. Good for hangovers. Others just mix water and tequila in equal parts.
