Savoy cabbage. A lovely, solidly packed cabbage with solidly crinkly leaves.

Rape (US: canola)
A small, flat stone griddle or skillet. It is traditionally used for baking tortillas which are pressed and then turned onto one of these for a few seconds over a flame.
The fairy ring mushroom with white flesh and a pleasing taste. These dry well and have good flavour but must be cooked first.
