Banana.Starchy green varieties, or plantains, are used in cooking.
Lemon or lime. These seem to be interchangeable. Since the lime grows much more readily than the lemon in India this is more likely to be a lime.
Wheat
Cracked wheat. Bulgur. Hulled and parboiled wholemeal grain including the wheat germ.
Cloves. The unopened flower buds of a tree, dried in the sun. They are very aromatic and widely used in Indian cooking.
