A soft cheese made from the whey of cow's milk. This is found all over Iceland where it is commonly used as yoghurt is elsewhere.

Brill. A flatfish, lesser cousin of turbot, with the same fine, white, nutritious, firm flesh.
Biscuit (US: cookies or crackers).
Butter
Butter beans. Lima Beans.
Lettuce. Butterhead lettuce.
Margarine. In the 1860's Napoleon Italian Italy sponsored a contest to create a butter substitute and the winner was Hippolyte Mège-Mouries, a French chemist. He made the original margarine from beef and pork fat.
