Little tunny. The little tunny is a handsome fish with black scribble patterns on its back. It has a robust, torpedo-shaped body built for powerful swimming and it has no swim bladder. The mouth is large, the lower jaw slightly protruding past the upper jaw. The flesh of the little tuna is darker and stronger tasting than that of the other large tunas. It is marketed fresh, dried, canned, smoked, or frozen. It is often caught on hook and line near reefs.
Tilsti is a washed, semihard cow's milk cheese which was originally created as a copy of Gouda by Dutch settlers in East Prussia, It failed and became a cheese with a crusty rind and a smooth straw-coloured semi-soft paste with tiny holes. It is useful both as a table cheese and for cooking and has a sharp, slightly sour flavour.
Ivy gourd. A small crunchy gourd reminiscent of a gherkin, green ripening to red, popular in the cuisines of India, Thailand, Indonesia and other South East Asian countries. The shoots and leaves can also be eaten.
Yellow stainer. A mushroom to be avoided. Some sources refer to it as toxic.
