A prize winning sheep's milk cheese similar to Pecorino. It is hard, almost brittle. This cheese was the winner of 'Best English Cheese' and 'Best Modern British Cheese' at 1995 British Cheese Awards.

A recent introduction of tomato excelling in both yield and earliness of cropping. The medium-sized fruits do well in a cold or slightly heated greenhouse and the plants are disease resistant.
